Parmesan Crusted Mushroom Toasts

Ingredients

  • bread rounds
  • 12 large mushrooms, minced
  • pepper
  • salt
  • 1/4 cup cream
  • Parmesan cheese

Method

  1. 1 Fry bread rounds until crisp.
  2. 2 Mince mushrooms, add pepper, salt, and 1/4 cup cream. Stew until tender.
  3. 3 Heap the cooked mushrooms high on the toast rounds.
  4. 4 Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over each, brown, and serve very hot.
