Parmesan Crusted Mushroom Toasts
Ingredients
- bread rounds
- 12 large mushrooms, minced
- pepper
- salt
- 1/4 cup cream
- Parmesan cheese
Method
- 1 Fry bread rounds until crisp.
- 2 Mince mushrooms, add pepper, salt, and 1/4 cup cream. Stew until tender.
- 3 Heap the cooked mushrooms high on the toast rounds.
- 4 Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over each, brown, and serve very hot.
