Parmesan Chive Drop Biscuits
Ingredients
- 2 cups biscuit mix
- 1/4 cup milk
- 3/4 cup butter, melted
- 1/2 tablespoon freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- chives, finely chopped
Method
- 1 Combine biscuit mix, milk, melted butter, Parmesan cheese, and chives in a large bowl.
- 2 Stir until just mixed; do not overmix.
- 3 Turn dough onto a floured surface and roll to a 1-inch thick square.
- 4 Cut into 12 squares and place on a cookie sheet spaced slightly apart.
- 5 Bake in a 400°F oven for 12 to 15 minutes.
