Parisian Style Roasted Potatoes
Ingredients
- potatoes
- melted butter
- minced parsley
- salt
Method
- 1 Peel and wash potatoes, then scoop into small balls using a potato scoop.
- 2 Boil the potato balls for five minutes, then drain.
- 3 Place melted butter in a saucepan and coat the potatoes thoroughly.
- 4 Transfer potatoes to a baking pan and brown in a moderate oven (350°F).
- 5 Serve on a dish sprinkled with minced parsley and a little salt.
