  • minced parsley

Method

  1. 1 Peel and wash potatoes, then scoop into small balls using a potato scoop.
  2. 2 Boil the potato balls for five minutes, then drain.
  3. 3 Place melted butter in a saucepan and coat the potatoes thoroughly.
