Paprika Beef And Veal Stew With Fried Noodles
Ingredients
- 1/2 lb lean beef (shin), cut into 1-inch blocks
- 3/4 lb veal, cut into small pieces
- flour for rolling
- boiling water
- 1/2 cup thick sour cream
- 1 tbsp paprika
- 3 tbsp grated onion
- 2 tbsp finely minced parsley
- 2 tsp salt
- fried noodles for serving
Method
- 1 Cut beef into 1-inch blocks and veal into small pieces. Roll meat in flour.
- 2 Place meat in a stewing pan, cover with boiling water, and cover closely. Cook until tender.
- 3 Remove lid and boil liquid quickly to reduce.
- 4 Add sour cream, paprika, grated onion, parsley, and salt. Bring to a boil.
- 5 Simmer for ten minutes. Serve with fried noodles.
