Papaya Banana Yogurt Smoothie
Ingredients
- 2 cups papaya chunks (fresh or frozen)
- 1 banana, overripe and sliced
- 1 cup plain low-fat yogurt
- Ice cubes
Method
- 1 Place papaya chunks, banana, yogurt, and ice cubes into a blender.
- 2 Secure the lid and blend on medium speed until the ice is chopped and the mixture is smooth, about 1 minute.
- 3 Serve immediately or cover and refrigerate for up to 4 hours.
