Pan Seared Veal Chops With Mushroom Gravy
Ingredients
- veal chops
- olive oil
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- brown stock
- 6 mushrooms, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp parsley, minced
- browned flour
- butter
Method
- 1 Trim and clean veal chops. Sauté in olive oil with finely chopped onion.
- 2 Add brown stock, chopped mushrooms, minced garlic, and minced parsley. Bring to a boil.
- 3 Thicken the gravy by stirring in flour browned in butter. Serve immediately.
