Pan Seared Veal Chops With Mushroom Gravy

  • veal chops
  • olive oil
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • brown stock
  • 6 mushrooms, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp parsley, minced
  • browned flour
  • butter

Method

  1. 1 Trim and clean veal chops. Sauté in olive oil with finely chopped onion.
  2. 2 Add brown stock, chopped mushrooms, minced garlic, and minced parsley. Bring to a boil.
  3. 3 Thicken the gravy by stirring in flour browned in butter. Serve immediately.
