  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1-2 tbsp broth
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 pinch flour
  • 1 pinch chopped parsley

Method

  1. 1 Beat slices of tender beef well.
  2. 2 Place beef in a saucepan with butter and melt over heat.
  3. 3 Add broth, salt, pepper, and a pinch of flour to complete cooking.
