Pan Seared Beef Scaloppine
Ingredients
- slices of tender beef
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1-2 tbsp broth
- salt and pepper
- 1 pinch flour
- 1 pinch chopped parsley
Method
- 1 Beat slices of tender beef well.
- 2 Place beef in a saucepan with butter and melt over heat.
- 3 Add broth, salt, pepper, and a pinch of flour to complete cooking.
- 4 Remove from heat and stir in chopped parsley before serving.
