Pan Roasted Oysters With Butter And Paprika
Ingredients
- 1 dozen large oysters
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1/2 teaspoon celery salt
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
Method
- 1 Wash oysters to remove shell bits and lay on a cloth to drain.
- 2 Melt butter in a clean saucepan over medium heat.
- 3 Add oysters, celery salt, and paprika to the pan.
- 4 Bring to a boil and cook for three minutes.
- 5 Transfer to a hot dish and serve immediately.
