Pan Fried Veal Liver And Onions
Ingredients
- 1 large onion, thinly sliced
- 1 veal liver, thinly sliced
- Oil for frying
- Salt
Method
- 1 Heat oil in a saucepan over strong fire and brown the sliced onion.
- 2 Add the sliced liver to the pan and brown everything together.
- 3 Cook until the liver takes a reddish color, being careful not to overcook or it will become hard.
- 4 Salt just before removing from the heat and serving.
