  • 1 large onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 veal liver, thinly sliced
  • Oil for frying
  • Salt

Method

  1. 1 Heat oil in a saucepan over strong fire and brown the sliced onion.
  2. 2 Add the sliced liver to the pan and brown everything together.
  3. 3 Cook until the liver takes a reddish color, being careful not to overcook or it will become hard.
  4. 4 Salt just before removing from the heat and serving.
