Pan Fried Turkey Burgers
Ingredients
- 1 pound ground turkey (85% lean)
- 2 medium onions, chopped
- 3 tablespoons lemon juice (or 1 lemon juiced)
- 1/4 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon dried parsley (or fresh chopped)
Method
- 1 Combine onions, turkey, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, and parsley in a bowl. Mix well.
- 2 Shape the mixture into four patties.
- 3 Fry in a pan on medium heat or grill until the internal temperature reaches 165 °F.
