Pan Fried Tomato Rice

Ingredients

  • ½ lb rice
  • butter
  • 2 large toasted tomatoes
  • 1 tbsp grated cheese
  • pepper
  • salt

Method

  1. 1 Boil ½ lb of rice until tender.
  2. 2 Drain and dry the rice well.
  3. 3 Fry the rice in a little butter until lightly browned.
  4. 4 Stir in two large toasted tomatoes and 1 tbsp grated cheese.
  5. 5 Season with pepper and salt, then serve very hot.
