Pan Fried Tomato Rice
Ingredients
- ½ lb rice
- butter
- 2 large toasted tomatoes
- 1 tbsp grated cheese
- pepper
- salt
Method
- 1 Boil ½ lb of rice until tender.
- 2 Drain and dry the rice well.
- 3 Fry the rice in a little butter until lightly browned.
- 4 Stir in two large toasted tomatoes and 1 tbsp grated cheese.
- 5 Season with pepper and salt, then serve very hot.
