Pan Fried Salmon Sticks
Ingredients
- 1 can (16 ounces) pink salmon, drained
- 1/2 cup crushed saltine crackers
- 1 egg
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- Non-stick cooking spray
Method
- 1 In a large mixing bowl, combine the drained salmon, crushed cracker crumbs, and egg.
- 2 Divide the mixture into 8 portions and shape each into a stick about 4 inches long.
- 3 Lightly coat a skillet with cooking spray, add the oil, and preheat over medium heat for 1 to 2 minutes.
- 4 Add the fish sticks to the skillet and cook for 3 minutes.
- 5 Flip the sticks and cook for another 3 minutes or until golden brown.
