Pan Fried Salmon Sticks

Ingredients

  • 1 can (16 ounces) pink salmon, drained
  • 1/2 cup crushed saltine crackers
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • Non-stick cooking spray

Method

  1. 1 In a large mixing bowl, combine the drained salmon, crushed cracker crumbs, and egg.
  2. 2 Divide the mixture into 8 portions and shape each into a stick about 4 inches long.
  3. 3 Lightly coat a skillet with cooking spray, add the oil, and preheat over medium heat for 1 to 2 minutes.
  4. 4 Add the fish sticks to the skillet and cook for 3 minutes.
  5. 5 Flip the sticks and cook for another 3 minutes or until golden brown.
