Pan Fried Potatoes With Vinegar
Ingredients
- 10 potatoes
- broth
- ¾ cup olive oil
- salt
- pepper
- vinegar
Method
- 1 Place potatoes in a saucepan with enough broth to cover and boil slowly until tender. Drain carefully to avoid breaking.
- 2 Heat ¾ cup olive oil in a deep frying pan. Add potatoes and toss until lightly browned all over.
- 3 Transfer to a dish, sprinkle with salt, pepper, and vinegar. Serve piping hot.
