Pan Fried Potatoes With Onions
Ingredients
- cold boiled potatoes, diced
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1 teaspoon finely chopped parsley
Method
- 1 Dice cold boiled potatoes into uniform small pieces.
- 2 Melt butter in a frying pan and fry sliced onions for 3 minutes. Remove onions with a skimmer.
- 3 Add potatoes to the hot butter. Toss gently to heat without browning.
- 4 Stir in chopped parsley and cook for 1 minute. Drain excess fat and serve hot.
