Pan Fried Potato Slices
Ingredients
- cold boiled potatoes
- butter or dripping
- salt
- pepper
Method
- 1 Cut the cold boiled potatoes into thick slices.
- 2 Heat butter or dripping in a frying-pan over medium heat.
- 3 Fry the potato slices, lifting or scraping them with an iron spoon to prevent sticking and burning.
- 4 Cook until all slices are a very light brown color.
- 5 Season with salt and pepper before serving.
