Pan Fried Potato And Onion Slices
Ingredients
- 8 boiled potatoes
- 1.5 oz butter
- 1 partly cooked onion, sliced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped parsley for garnish
Method
- 1 Cut the boiled potatoes into round slices.
- 2 Melt butter in a frying pan and add the sliced onion.
- 3 Add potato slices, season with salt and pepper, and cook until well browned, tossing frequently.
- 4 Serve sprinkled with chopped parsley.
