  • 8 boiled potatoes
  • 1.5 oz butter
  • 1 partly cooked onion, sliced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped parsley for garnish

Method

  1. 1 Cut the boiled potatoes into round slices.
  2. 2 Melt butter in a frying pan and add the sliced onion.
