- 3-4 sprigs fresh sage
Method
- 1 Freshen the pork by soaking in water or milk.
- 2 Partially fry the pork in a pan.
- 3 Add 3-4 fresh sage sprigs to the pan with the pork.
- 4 Cook until done, then plate the pork topped with crisp fried sage leaves.
