Pan Fried Pork Sausage Patties
Ingredients
- 1 lb lean and fat fresh pork, ground
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- Pinch of sage
- Pinch of thyme
- 1 egg, beaten
Method
- 1 Combine ground pork, salt, pepper, sage, and thyme in a bowl.
- 2 Add the beaten egg and mix until well combined.
- 3 Form the mixture into patties or cakes.
- 4 Fry in a skillet over medium heat until browned on both sides.
