Pan Fried Pork Chops With Fried Apples
Ingredients
- pork chops (up to 1/2 inch thick)
- flour for dredging
- fat (for trimming and cooking)
Method
- 1 Trim most of the fat from the pork chops, ensuring they are no more than 1/2 inch thick.
- 2 Dredge the chops in flour, shaking off any excess.
- 3 Sauté the chops in a pan until well browned and thoroughly cooked, about 25 minutes.
- 4 Serve the chops with fried apples.
