Ingredients

- chipped potatoes
- water
- pepper
- salt
- butter
Method
- 1 Place pork slices in a frying pan and fill with chipped potatoes.
- 2 Pour over a little water, cover tightly, and cook until pork begins to fry.
- 3 Loosen from the bottom with a wide knife, pour over more water, and repeat until done.
- 4 Season with pepper, salt, and a bit of butter before serving.
