Pan Fried Mashed Potato Cakes
Ingredients
- cold mashed potato
- flour for rolling
- butter for pan
Method
- 1 Shape cold mashed potato into small cakes and roll them in flour.
- 2 Butter a hot omelet pan and place the cakes in it.
- 3 Brown one side, turn, and brown the other side, adding butter as needed to prevent burning.
