  • cold boiled potatoes
  • flour
  • 4 tablespoons shortening
  • seasoning

Method

  1. 1 Peel cold boiled potatoes and dice into one-quarter-inch pieces.
  2. 2 Dust the diced potatoes well with flour.
  3. 3 Heat 4 tablespoons of shortening in a frying pan until smoking hot.
  4. 4 Add the potatoes and toss gently until nicely browned.
  5. 5 Add seasoning to taste and serve.
