Pan Fried Diced Potatoes
Ingredients
- cold boiled potatoes
- flour
- 4 tablespoons shortening
- seasoning
Method
- 1 Peel cold boiled potatoes and dice into one-quarter-inch pieces.
- 2 Dust the diced potatoes well with flour.
- 3 Heat 4 tablespoons of shortening in a frying pan until smoking hot.
- 4 Add the potatoes and toss gently until nicely browned.
- 5 Add seasoning to taste and serve.
