Pan Fried Creamed Pork
Ingredients
- 6 slices pork
- flour for coating
- 1 cup sweet cream
Method
- 1 Parboil pork slices for 5 minutes, then remove and pat dry.
- 2 Coat one side of each slice in flour and fry in a pan until golden brown.
- 3 Pour off most of the fat, return pan to heat, and add the cream.
- 4 Bring the cream to a boil, then serve the pork on a platter with the sauce.
