  • 6 slices pork
  • flour for coating
  • 1 cup sweet cream

Method

  1. 1 Parboil pork slices for 5 minutes, then remove and pat dry.
  2. 2 Coat one side of each slice in flour and fry in a pan until golden brown.
  3. 3 Pour off most of the fat, return pan to heat, and add the cream.
  4. 4 Bring the cream to a boil, then serve the pork on a platter with the sauce.
