Pan Fried Creamed Cabbage

Ingredients

  • cold boiled cabbage, chopped and drained
  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • 4 tbsp cream
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • optional: 2 well-beaten eggs
  • optional: vinegar

Method

  1. 1 Chop cold boiled cabbage and drain thoroughly.
  2. 2 Mix cabbage with melted butter, cream, salt, and pepper.
  3. 3 Heat mixture in a buttered frying pan.
  4. 4 Let stand until browned slightly on the underside.
