Pan Fried Creamed Cabbage
Ingredients
- cold boiled cabbage, chopped and drained
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- 4 tbsp cream
- salt and pepper to taste
- optional: 2 well-beaten eggs
- optional: vinegar
Method
- 1 Chop cold boiled cabbage and drain thoroughly.
- 2 Mix cabbage with melted butter, cream, salt, and pepper.
- 3 Heat mixture in a buttered frying pan.
- 4 Let stand until browned slightly on the underside.
