Pan Fried Cod Meuniere
Ingredients
- cod fillets, sliced
- flour for dredging
- butter
- fresh parsley, chopped
- salt
- black pepper
- juice of 1 lemon
Method
- 1 Slice the cod and dredge the pieces in flour, shaking off excess.
- 2 Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add the cod slices and fry until golden brown on both sides.
- 3 Add chopped parsley, salt, and pepper to the pan. Cook for another minute.
- 4 Remove from heat and squeeze lemon juice over the fish. Serve immediately in the skillet.
