Pan Fried Cabbage And Beef
Ingredients
- slices of cold boiled salted beef
- 1 cabbage
- pepper
- salt
- butter
Method
- 1 Boil a cabbage, squeeze it completely dry, and chop it finely.
- 2 Sprinkle the cold beef slices with a little pepper.
- 3 Lightly brown the beef in a frying pan with a bit of butter, avoiding overcooking to prevent hardness.
- 4 Remove the beef from the pan and add the chopped cabbage.
- 5 Sprinkle the cabbage with pepper and salt, keeping the pan moving over the heat for a few minutes.
- 6 Serve by placing the cabbage in the center of a dish and arranging the meat around it.
