Pan Fried Beef Cutlets With Tomato Sauce
Ingredients
- 1 lb lean beef
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tbsp grated cheese
- Breadcrumbs
- Butter
- Tomato sauce
Method
- 1 Clean the beef, removing skins and tendons. Chop and grind the meat finely.
- 2 Season with salt, pepper, and grated cheese. Mix well.
- 3 Form the meat into a ball, coat with breadcrumbs, and flatten into a sheet about 1/4-inch thick using a rolling pin or hands.
- 4 Cut the sheet into squares roughly the size of a palm.
- 5 Pan-fry the cutlets in butter until browned on both sides.
- 6 Pour tomato sauce over the cutlets and serve immediately.
