Pan Fried Bananas With Pickles And Chilies
Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons Crisco
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 8 bananas
- 1 teaspoon chopped pickles
- 1/8 teaspoon red pepper
- 2 teaspoons chopped chilies
Method
- 1 Slice the bananas.
- 2 Mix bananas with salt, chopped pickles, and red pepper or chopped chilies.
- 3 Melt Crisco in a pan over medium heat.
- 4 Add the banana mixture to the hot Crisco.
- 5 Cook for four minutes and serve immediately.
