Method
- 1 Scald and strain the oysters, reserving their liquor.
- 2 Season the liquor with pepper, salt, anchovy, butter, and bread crumbs. Boil to melt the anchovies.
- 3 Gently heat the oysters in the seasoned liquor.
- 4 Place oysters and liquid into a pie dish and cover with puff pastry.
