Overnight Yeast Rolls
Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- 3 ounces butter
- 1 quart flour
- 1 pint sweet milk
- 1 cake yeast
- a little salt
Method
- 1 Beat the eggs until very light.
- 2 Melt the butter in the milk, then add a little flour and milk to mix.
- 3 Add the yeast, remaining milk, and flour to form a dough.
- 4 Shape into rolls, place in a pan, and let rise overnight.
- 5 Bake the next morning until done.
