Overnight Yeast Finger Rolls
Ingredients
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup water
- 1/3 compressed yeast cake
- 1 tsp sugar
- 2 tsp butter
- 1 tsp salt
Method
- 1 Dissolve the yeast cake in a small amount of tepid water.
- 2 Mix the yeast mixture with the milk, water, sugar, butter, and salt.
- 3 Knead the mixture into a soft dough.
- 4 Let the dough rise overnight.
- 5 Shape into finger rolls and bake for breakfast or luncheon.
