Ingredients

  • 2/3 cup old-fashioned oats (uncooked)
  • 2/3 cup non-fat milk
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground allspice
  • 1 cup fresh pineapple chunks
  • 1 medium banana, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons sliced almonds
  • 1/2 cup non-fat Greek yogurt

Method

  1. 1 In two bowls or glass jars, mix oats, milk, yogurt, and allspice.
  2. 2 Cover and refrigerate overnight.
  3. 3 Just before serving, top with pineapple, banana, and almonds.
