Orangeade
Ingredients
- 2 oranges
- 1 pint boiling water
- 3 lumps sugar
Method
- 1 Peel the rind thinly from half an orange and place it in a jug.
- 2 Peel the oranges, slice them, and remove the pips, then add to the jug.
- 3 Pour boiling water over the fruit, add sugar, and cover closely until cold.
- 4 Strain the mixture before serving.
