Orange Yogurt Popsicles

Ingredients

  • 6 oz frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
  • 2 cups low-fat vanilla yogurt
  • 12 paper cups (3-ounce)
  • 12 wooden sticks
  • aluminum foil

Method

  1. 1 Wash hands. In a medium bowl, combine thawed juice concentrate and yogurt. Stir until smooth.
  2. 2 Place paper cups close together on a baking sheet. Pour the yogurt mixture into the cups.
  3. 3 Cover cups with aluminum foil. Make a slit in the foil over each cup and insert a wooden stick.
  4. 4 Freeze until firm. Run warm water on the outside of each cup to loosen and remove the popsicles.
