Orange Water Thin Pancakes
Ingredients
- 1 cup milk
- 3 eggs, well beaten
- 4 oz fine wheatmeal
- 2 tbsp orange water
- Butter or oil for frying
- Castor sugar for dusting
Method
- 1 Whisk milk, beaten eggs, and wheatmeal together to form a smooth batter.
- 2 Stir in the orange water until combined.
- 3 Heat butter or oil in a pan and fry small portions of batter like thin pancakes.
- 4 Dust with castor sugar and serve immediately.
