Orange Soy Baked Chicken

Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 large oranges
  • soy sauce, low-sodium

Method

  1. 1 Slice oranges into rounds and set aside. Place chicken in a gallon bag.
  2. 2 Add soy sauce to the bag with chicken. Seal and massage to coat evenly. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
  3. 3 Preheat oven to 350°F. Spray a baking dish with non-stick spray.
  4. 4 Remove chicken from bag and place in a single layer in the dish. Discard marinade.
  5. 5 Bake uncovered for 20 minutes. Turn chicken over and top with orange slices.
  6. 6 Bake 15 more minutes until internal temperature reaches 165°F. Serve topped with orange slices.
