Orange Soufflé Omelet
Ingredients
- 6 eggs
- ¾ cup milk
- 2 tsp cornstarch
- 2 oz castor sugar
- 1 tbsp orange water
Method
- 1 Mix egg yolks with orange water, sugar, and cornstarch previously smoothed with milk. Stir for 10 minutes.
- 2 Whip egg whites to stiff peaks. Lightly fold into the yolk mixture.
- 3 Pour into a buttered soufflé dish. Bake at 350°F for 20 minutes until golden brown and risen.
- 4 Sift sugar over the top and serve immediately.
