Orange Soufflé Omelet

Ingredients

  • 6 eggs
  • ¾ cup milk
  • 2 tsp cornstarch
  • 2 oz castor sugar
  • 1 tbsp orange water

Method

  1. 1 Mix egg yolks with orange water, sugar, and cornstarch previously smoothed with milk. Stir for 10 minutes.
  2. 2 Whip egg whites to stiff peaks. Lightly fold into the yolk mixture.
  3. 3 Pour into a buttered soufflé dish. Bake at 350°F for 20 minutes until golden brown and risen.
  4. 4 Sift sugar over the top and serve immediately.
