Orange Maraschino Ice Cream

Ingredients

• sugar
• half the cream
• remaining cream
• juice of 1 orange
• bitters or wild cherry
• maraschino

Method

1. 1 Place sugar and half the cream in a double boiler and stir until sugar is dissolved.
2. 2 Allow mixture to cool completely.
3. 3 Stir in remaining cream, orange juice, bitters or wild cherry, and maraschino.
4. 4 Freeze according to your ice cream maker's instructions.
