Orange Lemon Marmalade
Ingredients
- 6 oranges
- 2 lemons
- 6 pints water
- 6 pints sugar
Method
- 1 Slice oranges and lemons into small pieces. Place in a covered dish with 6 pints of water and let stand for 24 hours.
- 2 Boil the mixture for 1¼ hours. Remove from heat and let stand for another 24 hours.
- 3 Add 6 pints of sugar to the mixture. Boil for about 45 minutes until the marmalade jells.
