Orange Juice And Herb Vinaigrette
Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1/3 cup vinegar
- 1/3 cup orange juice
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon dried basil
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- salt to taste
Method
- 1 Combine vegetable oil, vinegar, orange juice, oregano, basil, black pepper, and salt in a jar with a tight-fitting lid.
- 2 Secure the lid and shake the jar vigorously until the ingredients are well emulsified.
- 3 Refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow flavors to meld before serving.
