Orange Flower Water Cream Puffs
Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons flour
- Few drops orange flower water
- Few grains salt
- 4 egg yolks, well-beaten
- 2 egg whites
- Butter for frying
- Sugar for sprinkling
- Jelly (optional)
Method
- 1 Mix flour, orange flower water, and salt in a bowl.
- 2 Stir in well-beaten egg yolks, then gently fold in egg whites.
- 3 Fry tablespoonfuls of batter in butter, turning once until golden.
- 4 Sprinkle with sugar or spread with jelly, roll up, and dust with powdered sugar.
