Orange Extract Cake

Ingredients

• 1/2 cup butter
• 1 cup sugar
• 10 egg yolks
• 1/2 cup milk
• 2 cups flour
• 3 teaspoons baking powder
• 2 teaspoons orange extract

Method

1. 1 Cream the butter.
2. 2 Gradually add the sugar and beaten egg yolks, mixing until thick.
3. 3 Add the orange extract.
4. 4 Mix and sift the flour and baking powder together.
5. 5 Add the dry ingredients and milk alternately to the butter mixture, mixing well after each addition.
