Onion Carrot Duck Sauce
Ingredients
- 2 onions, sliced
- 2 carrots, diced
- 1 cup white wine
- 1 cup strong broth
- 1 cup gravy
- 2 tbsp minced parsley
- 1 tsp chopped savory
- 1 pinch mace
- 2 tbsp butter
Method
- 1 Sauté onions and carrots in butter until softened.
- 2 Add white wine, broth, gravy, parsley, savory, and mace.
- 3 Simmer until vegetables are tender and sauce is flavorful.
