  • 1 tablespoon port wine
  • ½ cup broth
  • ¼ teaspoon pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon mustard
  • juice of ½ lemon
  • 1-2 teaspoons vinegar or tarragon
