One Pot Beef And Egg Noodles

  • 3/4 pound ground beef (85% lean)
  • 1 1/2 cups water (up to 2 cups)
  • 2 cups uncooked egg noodles
  • 7 portions Eating Smart Seasoning Mix (1/2 cup or 8 Tablespoons)
  • salt (optional)

Method

  1. 1 Brown ground beef in a large skillet and drain the fat.
  2. 2 Add water, egg noodles, and seasoning mix. Stir to combine.
  3. 3 Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low. Simmer covered for 15-20 minutes until noodles are tender.
  4. 4 Taste and add salt if needed. Refrigerate leftovers.
