One Pot Beef And Egg Noodles
Ingredients
- 3/4 pound ground beef (85% lean)
- 1 1/2 cups water (up to 2 cups)
- 2 cups uncooked egg noodles
- 7 portions Eating Smart Seasoning Mix (1/2 cup or 8 Tablespoons)
- salt (optional)
Method
- 1 Brown ground beef in a large skillet and drain the fat.
- 2 Add water, egg noodles, and seasoning mix. Stir to combine.
- 3 Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low. Simmer covered for 15-20 minutes until noodles are tender.
- 4 Taste and add salt if needed. Refrigerate leftovers.
