  • 16 ounces potatoes, cut into 3/4-inch cubes
  • 2 chicken breasts, boned, skinned, and cut into 3/4-inch cubes
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 1 cup salsa
  • 1 can (15 ounces) whole kernel corn, drained

Method
