Olive Stuffed Cottage Cheese Balls

  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 2 tbsp chopped olives
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • Salt to taste
  • Paprika to taste
  • Lettuce or endive for serving
  • French or Mayonnaise dressing
  • Extra olives for garnish

Method

  1. 1 In a bowl, mix cottage cheese with chopped olives.
