Olive Cream Cheese Sandwiches

Ingredients

• thin slices of bread
• butter
• finely chopped olives
• mayonnaise
• Neufchâtel cheese or cream cheese

Method

1. 1 Butter thin slices of bread.
2. 2 Mix finely chopped olives with mayonnaise.
3. 3 Spread the olive mixture on half the bread slices.
4. 4 Spread the other slices with Neufchâtel or cream cheese.
5. 5 Press the slices together in pairs to form sandwiches.
