Olive Bacon And Egg Canapes

Ingredients

  • 1 bottle stoned olives, drained and chopped
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 1 green pepper, finely chopped
  • 3 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 4 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Toast strips
  • 1 egg white, hard-boiled and finely chopped

Method

  1. 1 Drain the olives and chop them finely using a food chopper or knife.
  2. 2 Finely chop the onion, green pepper, and cooked bacon.
  3. 3 In a bowl, mix the chopped olives, onion, pepper, bacon, mayonnaise, salt, and paprika until well combined.
  4. 4 Spread the mixture onto strips of toast.
  5. 5 Garnish with finely chopped hard-boiled egg white before serving.
