Olive Bacon And Egg Canapes
Ingredients
- 1 bottle stoned olives, drained and chopped
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 1 green pepper, finely chopped
- 3 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 4 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Toast strips
- 1 egg white, hard-boiled and finely chopped
Method
- 1 Drain the olives and chop them finely using a food chopper or knife.
- 2 Finely chop the onion, green pepper, and cooked bacon.
- 3 In a bowl, mix the chopped olives, onion, pepper, bacon, mayonnaise, salt, and paprika until well combined.
- 4 Spread the mixture onto strips of toast.
- 5 Garnish with finely chopped hard-boiled egg white before serving.
