Olive And Parsley Stuffing
Ingredients
- 2 ½ cups prepared bread crumbs
- ½ cup finely chopped onions
- ¼ cup finely chopped parsley
- ½ cup finely chopped olives
- 1 ½ teaspoons salt
- ½ teaspoon paprika
- ¼ teaspoon sweet marjoram
- 1 egg
- 4 tablespoons shortening
Method
- 1 Mix bread crumbs, onions, parsley, olives, salt, paprika, marjoram, egg, and shortening thoroughly.
- 2 Use the mixture as a filling for meat and poultry.
